At ENGIE, your well-being is part of our safety culture. Through the No Mind at Risk program, you can access free, confidential professional support for personal, family, or work challenges, provided by Humanna Consultores.

How It Works?

Request a support session

You will have an initial consultation with a Social Worker.

3.

If you require psychological support, the Social Worker will arrange a referral to one of the program’s Psychologists.

4.

Throughout the process, you will have access to professional and confidential guidance aimed at boosting your well-being.

Specialized Clinical Psychology Team

When recommended by your initial assessment, you can receive ongoing guidance from a Psychologist specialized in workplace well-being, mental health, and psychosocial risks.

The objective is to enhance your personal strengths, build coping skills, and safeguard your mental health when dealing with challenging situations.

Please Note!

Access to psychological support is managed through an internal referral from your Social Worker to ensure you get the best suited care for your needs.
